The registration is carried out by scanning the QR code using a smartphone or by entering the URL via laptop or PC.
This will take you to a unique product registration page. In this form, enter all the necessary data.
After successfully registering, you will receive a confirmation email for checking.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing faults
For products purchased as of 01.01.2016, and within a time period of 5 years (or 7 years if the product is registered) as of the day of purchase, the fault will be repaired at our discretion or replaced with the same or a higher value model.
1. Terms of the guarantee
This guarantee is not extended to batteries/battery packs, holsters, bags, remote switches, color filters, embossing or surface treatments. Claims arising from this guarantee only apply if the product shows no damages or wear and tear which deviates from those expected as a result of normal use or the specifications of the manufacturer and the product shows no signs that suggest repairs or other intervention by the customer or by workshops not authorized by the manufacturer. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product at our discretion. Any further claims within the context of this warranty – in particular claims for damages – are excluded.
2. Guarantee claim
Claims arising from this guarantee may be made contacting your dealer or the customer service listed below with the presentation of the original invoice and the date of purchase.

Any postage costs are to be borne by the sender. Voyager-shop will not be responsible for such costs. Items sent that have not been prepaid will not be accepted. We recommend that the items are sent via a trackable method that provides the sender with proof of postage and sufficient insurance cover in the event of loss in transit. Voyager-shop will not be responsible for items that fail to arrive.

The guarantor is Zweibrüder Optoelectronics GmbH Co.KG, Kronenstr. 5-7, 42699 Solingen, Germany.
This guarantee is valid alongside and in addition to your contractual or legal claims with regard to the seller and in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
The fulfillment of guarantee services (Replacement/Repair) is free of charge with the exemption of the costs for the submission. If guarantee claims are made and the testing of the product by the manufacturer or responsible customer service discovers that no fault is present or no guarantee claim is present as a result of one of the reasons detailed above, we may charge a service fee to the tune of €20 at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to the extent detailed and under the listed prerequisites (including the presentation of the proof of purchase, even in the event of selling on) for all subsequent owners of the product.

How do I make a claim?
Please send us an email with your contact details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
