VICTORINOX LIFETIME WARRANTY - HOW CAN I USE IT TO RESTORE MY BROKEN MULTI-TOOL

The procedure to follow to restore your Swiss Army knife is as follows:

On the inside of the package you should have a note with your name, address and contact telephone.

Pouches or other accessories should not be included in the shipping parcel as they are not covered by the warranty.

We will then ship it to Victorinox service center in Switzerland where the service will take place, and we will inform you as soon as we receive it. The cost of the service is free of charge under the terms of the guarantee.

Your multi-tool can be repaired or replaced. If your model is no longer produced then it will be replaced with the corresponding new model that fits the price and tools you had.

In the event that your tool is not covered by the warranty and you wish to have it repaired (or replaced) you will be informed of the final billing cost by the Swiss service center after it has first been received and inspected by the technicians in Switzerland.

The cost you will be charged is the shipping cost of € 9 (for small or medium sizes) and € 12 (for swiss tool and large sizes) to be shipped and returned from Switzerland to our offices.

Then if you wish to have it delivered to your address there is an extra cost of €4.60 by courier. (Prices include VAT24%)

The whole procedure can take from 4 to 6 weeks.
